According to § 10 (6) of the Act No. 297/2008 Coll. we – as a payment institution operating under supervision of the National Bank of Slovakia – have the obligation to obtain, regularly update and verify information about our clients.

Updates of information in case of clients, which are legal entities, applies in accordance with the aforementioned regulations also to certain categories of natural persons who may influence the activities of legal entities in question, especially to

• Members of corporate bodies authorised to act on behalf of the company / client

• Persons acting on behalf of the company / client based on authorization or power of attorney

• Ultimate beneficial owners of the company / client

For the purpose of verifying information about your company as the client in accordance with the aforementioned provision of the Act No. 297/2008 Coll. we hereby kindly ask you to provide us with copies of valid Identification Documents of all the aforementioned persons for your company. The copies may be sent collectively, as well as individually – per person.

In case of citizens of the Slovak Republic, please use the Identification Card. In case of foreigners please ensure that the used Identification Document contains

• photography of face

• name of the person

• date and place of birth

• address of permanent residence

• information about citizenship

• information about the authority, which issued the document

• date of validity of the document
